This Sunday is officially the height of British summer; the longest day of the year with the most barbecuing hours. Now we all know the pagans loved a good party, so why not fire up the grill, get some friends over and make the most of the daylight?

Of course you could always look at it the other way and hang on for the few hours of darkness to toast some marshmallows over the barbecue.
