6 rashers of rindless smoked or unsmoked back bacon – dry cure & thicker cut
4 thick slices white bread
2 tablespoons Jack Daniel’s® Original Barbecue Sauce
Pre-heat your grill to high. Make a few small cuts in the fat around each bacon rasher, this will stop it from curling up too much when it’s cooking. Lay the bacon rashers on the grill tray rack.
Grill the bacon for a few minutes on either side until the bacon fat is golden and crispy but the meat is still succulent. Allow any excess fat to drain or place on kitchen paper.
Soften the butter slightly and then spread on the bread.
Place the bacon on one slice of bread and drizzle with Jack Daniel’s® Original Barbecue sauce and top with the other slice of bread. Cut in half and enjoy immediately!
