1 bottle Jack Daniel’s® Full Flavor Smokey Barbecue Sauce
With clean hands, slice the cauliflower into steaks and the cabbage into wedges.
Place the cauliflower steaks and the cabbage on a hot grill.
Brush with Jack Daniel’s® Full Flavor Smokey Barbecue Sauce. Cook for 3-4 minutes and turn. Repeat 2-3 times until a crust develops on the cauliflower steaks and cabbage wedges.
