2 10oz Flat Iron Steaks
1 bottle Jack Daniel’s® Tennessee HoneyTM Barbecue Glaze
Salt and pepper
Steak should always be allowed to come to room temperature before cooking, to ensure better distribution of heat. If your steak has been refrigerated, allow it to come to room temperature prior to cooking.
Season the steak with salt and pepper and place on a hot grill.Cook the steak for 3 minutes without moving it (don’t be tempted to look underneath!). Turn the steak and cook for a further 3 minutes.
Brush the steak with bottle Jack Daniel’s® Tennessee HoneyTM Barbecue Glaze and cook for a further 2 minutes on each side, brushing every 30 seconds in order to build up the glaze.
Remove from the grill and let stand for 5-10 minutes, allowing the steak to rest.
Once rested, slice thinly against the grain and serve immediately.
